Barker has performed with some of the biggest names of stage
and screen.
David Shuff met barker at the nursing home where he takes
his therapy dog to help the patients. Shuff who happens to work with Mark
Cantor for Jazz on Film, tracked down the footage of Barker’s performances to
show her while she lay on her death bed.
She was elated by the footage and spotted herself, laughing
as she reminisced about how her nickname use to be ‘Chicken Little’.
She didn’t talk much however, she just watched her younger
self in awe.
